What is the composition of the fire extinguishing device built into the battery?

Data will be saved on the local device for at most 7 days. When you reconnect system to the Internet, the data will be pushed and stored in the background and displayed on the app. Other process data will not be stored.

What is the service life of the battery pack? How long is the warranty period?

EcoFlow guarantees that this Product's batteries (SKU: Power Ocean Pro - Battery) have a minimum nominal capacity of 70% after 15 years of use or 6000 charge/discharge cycles when working with OCEAN Pro inverters in normal working environments.

Will data be saved if OCEAN Pro gets disconnected from the internet?

Most EcoFlow installations are completed in a few hours to one full day, depending on the complexity of your home’s electrical setup. Larger systems — or those including solar or panel upgrades — may require more time for wiring, testing, and configuration.

Can the homeowner share system monitoring permissions with family members or third parties (such as installers) in the app? How can they allow multiple users to access the change the access permissions?

1. Customers can share device monitoring permissions and certain control permissions with other users in the EcoFlow App. 2. In the homepage of the app, go to the "Me" page and tap "Device Sharing," where you can share the system with other users or remove sharing permissions.
